My approach:

My therapeutic approach is rooted in the person-centred model, inspired by the pioneering work of Carl Rogers. I offer a non-judgmental, empathetic, and genuine presence, creating a supportive environment where you can freely explore your thoughts, feelings, and concerns. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to provide unconditional positive regard, active listening, and empathic understanding as we journey together towards your desired outcomes.

I have  years of experience of working in various mental health settings, including working for NHS. I was fortunate to support people with many different mental health issues like anxiety, OCD, relationship issues, lifestyle issues or self-esteem issues to name just a few. 

Qualifications:

  • BSc (Hons) Psychology 

  • Level 5 Diploma in CBT

  • Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling 

  • Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Studies

  • Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills

  • Certificate in Sport Psychology for Athletes Development 

  • Level 2 Certificate Improving Personal Exercise, Health and Nutrition 

  • Certificate in Online and Telephone Counselling  

Fees:

£60 for online session that last 50 minutes.
