  • Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – We’ll identify and challenge unhelpful thinking patterns that contribute to anxiety and self-doubt.

  • Self-Compassion & Mindfulness – Learn to quiet your inner critic, manage stress, and develop a kinder, more supportive relationship with yourself.

  • Practical Strategies for Overthinking & Anxiety – Develop tools to manage rumination, reduce decision paralysis, and regain control over racing thoughts.

  • Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, I work collaboratively with you to find what feels most helpful and meaningful for your healing journey.

Qualifications:

  • BSc (Hons) Psychology 

  • Level 5 Diploma in CBT

  • Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling 

  • Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Studies

  • Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills

  • Certificate in Sport Psychology for Athletes Development 

  • Level 2 Certificate Improving Personal Exercise, Health and Nutrition 

  • Certificate in Online and Telephone Counselling

  • Certificate in ADHD Coaching â€‹

 

Fees:

£60 for online session that last 50 minutes.
